Little of Byzantine Technique
Before goinng to Ksenopoulos course to Valamo I painted this Icon to be more familiar with byzantine motives.
Then coming from the course I painted this one. Colour handling was different from what I was used to. Next week I will show the one I actually painted on the course.
The two next Icons I have also painted after the course: Saint Ksenia of St. Peterburg and Saint Serafim of Sarov.
